The CCEC is bringing Colorado clean energy companies the chance to shine on an international stage.
As a global network connecting the world’s leading cleantech clusters, the International Cleantech Network (ICN) provides global access, information and innovation to Colorado clean energy businesses and research institutions.
The network was formally established in fall of 2009 by Denmark’s Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster (CCC) and the CCEC. Over the next five years it will be further developed to include 10 to 15 of the world’s most proactive cleantech clusters. The ICN’s ambition is to build up a global network based on an innovative approach to cooperation and knowledge sharing between its members.
The ICN aims to build a strong international platform to drive value creation across the world’s leading proactive cleantech clusters.

Bolin is leading the organization’s statewide efforts to expand clean energy business and partnership opportunities, focusing on the CCEC's three main initiatives – FortZED, the International Cleantech Network, and a statewide clean energy supply chain initiative in partnership with the Colorado Association for Manufacturing and Technology. Bolin comes to the position with nearly 20 years of experience working on statewide energy, economic development and international business activities, most recently working with the Colorado Cleantech Industry Association. Bolin, a fourth-generation Coloradan, has served as director of Colorado’s state energy office (now the Governor’s Energy Office) where he was a co-founder of the Colorado Renewable Energy Authority.
